As few as 500 parts with typical orders being 1,000 – 100,000. We frequently respond to large volume orders beyond this range.
Parts Manufacture
We operate machines 22T to 200T manufacturing parts up to 500grams.
Bolts, Nuts, Studs
We specialise in moulding plastic over bolts, nuts, studs, etc.
Broad Material knowledge
Use of polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, abs, acetal, styrene, SAN, PBT, polyester, polycarbonate, emerging technologies, and recycled materials.
Key Staff
With formal plastics industry qualifications and many years injection moulding experience.
Cost Effective Tooling
Using our very responsive, experienced toolmakers. We typically turn around projects in 6 to 8 weeks.
